A user who does not pass age estimation must complete further age verification, such as identity document verification, before any age-restricted area of the Website or Service becomes accessible. Access remains blocked while verification is incomplete, has failed, or is pending review.

Age assurance is carried out using one or more of the following methods:

4. Seller KYC, ID Verification, and Liveness Checks

All Models and Sellers on IntimaStock are required to complete a KYC, age verification, and identity verification process before they are permitted to sell products, publish listings, upload content, or receive payments.

Sellers must complete identity verification with a liveness check.

The verification process may include the collection and verification of personal identification and documentation details, including:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address
• Selfie, liveness, or facial matching checks
• Payment account information
• Additional information deemed necessary by IntimaStock to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws, payment processor requirements, card network requirements, and internal policies

IntimaStock may use Proofage and other third-party verification, fraud prevention, payment, compliance, and moderation tools to assist with the KYC, age verification, and identity verification process.

Our compliance team may review submitted information and carry out manual verification procedures to authenticate the age, identity, legitimacy, and account ownership of Models and Sellers.

The primary purposes of the KYC and identity verification process are to ensure that Models and Sellers are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority in their location, are who they claim to be, and are using their own verified account.

By using the Service as a Model or Seller, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with all Applicable Laws, regulations, industry standards, payment processor requirements, card network requirements, and IntimaStock policies relating to the production, distribution, sale, and promotion of adult content and adult marketplace products.

IntimaStock does not condone or support any illegal activity, including the production, upload, sale, distribution, promotion, or possession of non-consensual, underage, exploitative, trafficked, coerced, stolen, or illegal content. We reserve the right to report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities, payment processors, card networks, regulators, or other relevant parties.

Models and Sellers are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the verification process.

Any false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by a Model or Seller may result in rejection, account restriction, suspension, termination, content removal, payout holds where permitted, cancellation of Transactions, and reporting where appropriate.

We may require Models and Sellers to complete re-verification at any time, including where there is suspicious activity, a complaint, a payment dispute, a content concern, a change in account information, a change in payment information, or a compliance review.

5. Consent, Records, and Depicted Persons

Content providers must ensure that they have obtained explicit, written consent from all individuals featured, shown, referenced, or depicted in content they upload, sell, share, or make available on IntimaStock.

All individuals depicted in content must be at least 18 years old and must have reached the legal age of majority in their location.

Consent must clearly confirm that each depicted person:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has provided valid consent voluntarily and without coercion
• Understands the nature of the content
• Agrees to be depicted in the content
• Agrees for the content to be uploaded to IntimaStock
• Agrees for the content to be displayed, promoted, sold, distributed, and monetised through IntimaStock
• Understands whether the content may be viewed, purchased, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to other users
• Has not been forced, threatened, blackmailed, deceived, trafficked, exploited, or pressured into appearing in or authorising the content

Content providers are responsible for maintaining written consent records and age verification records for every individual depicted in content.

These records should include the name of the individual, date of birth or age confirmation, date of consent, scope of consent, and any relevant details or agreements related to the content, distribution, sale, downloading, or monetisation permissions.

IntimaStock reserves the right to request, review, and verify consent, age, identity, ownership, and rights records for any content uploaded to the Website.

If a user fails to provide or maintain appropriate consent, age, identity, ownership, or rights records, we may remove the content, restrict the content, suspend or terminate the account, hold payouts where permitted, cancel Transactions, and take any other action we consider appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is our proprietary property. The Content and Marks are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, intellectual property, unfair competition, and other laws.

By uploading, submitting, posting, listing, selling, sending, or otherwise making User Content available through the Website or Service, you grant IntimaStock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, review, moderate, display, publish, promote, distribute, transmit, make available, and otherwise use the User Content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, moderate, enforce, and promote the Website and Service.

This licence allows us to:

• Display User Content on your profile, shop, listing, or other platform areas
• Display User Content in search results, previews, thumbnails, recommendations, and marketplace features
• Deliver purchased content or products to Buyers where applicable
• Review and moderate User Content
• Remove, restrict, or disable User Content where required
• Store records needed for compliance, payment disputes, complaints, fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations
• Use User Content as otherwise necessary to operate and protect the Website and Service

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, releases, consents, and authority to upload, submit, sell, display, distribute, promote, and monetise the User Content through IntimaStock.

You must not upload, submit, sell, or make available User Content that you do not own or that you do not have the legal right to use.

8. User Accounts

The Service requires you to register and create an account to access certain features.

You agree to provide, maintain, and update accurate information about yourself. We reserve the right to validate your account information at any time.

We may activate, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account at our sole discretion based on our review of your information, verification results, risk profile, compliance obligations, and use of the Service.

If we approve your account, parts of your account, profile, shop, listings, or activity may be made publicly visible and searchable through the Website, depending on your account type and settings.

IntimaStock provides different types of accounts, including Buyer accounts and Seller accounts.

As a Buyer, your account may enable you to access the catalogue of Sellers, communicate with Sellers, make enquiries, buy products or content, manage payments, and use other Buyer features.

As a Seller, your account may enable you to create a personalised profile and store, advertise and promote products, communicate with Buyers, sell products or content, receive payments, send messages, and share User Content.

You may be allowed to register for both a Buyer account and a Seller account, subject to our approval and verification requirements.

When registering for an account, you may be required to provide an email address and choose a password. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login details and agree not to share them with any unauthorised person.

You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your username, password, account information, payment information, or any other breach of security that you become aware of involving or relating to the Service.

By using the Website and Service, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract

10. User Content Rules

• Violates Applicable Laws concerning child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, child protection, or the health or wellbeing of minors
• Relates to, promotes, advertises, facilitates, or arranges escort services, prostitution, in-person sexual services, or sexual acts outside the platform
• Involves non-consensual content, sexual assault, rape, coercion, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, blackmail, threats, intimidation, or violence
• Involves fake, hoax, misleading, manipulated, impersonating, or deepfake content where prohibited or where rights and consent are not properly established
• Is not yours, or where you do not have the right to make it available under Applicable Laws, these Terms, or any contractual or fiduciary obligations
• Makes improper use of our support services or involves false reports of abuse or misconduct
• Contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any harmful component
• Tampers with, impairs, damages, or interferes with the Service or any connected network
• Uses passive or active information collection or transmission mechanisms such as web bugs, tracking pixels, spyware, or similar tools without authorisation
• Is antisocial, disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, destructive, spammy, or otherwise harmful
• Violates these Terms, our Content Rules, payment processor requirements, card network requirements, or Applicable Laws

By uploading User Content, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for it and warrant that your User Content and communications comply with these Terms.

You must own or have the necessary authority, rights, licences, consents, releases, and permissions to use, upload, submit, sell, display, distribute, derive revenue from, communicate, perform, and display the User Content in the manner contemplated by these Terms.

You retain ownership rights in User Content that you post, submit, upload, or send, subject to the licence granted to us under these Terms.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to refuse, reject, restrict, remove, disable, or modify User Content at any time and for any reason, including where User Content violates these Terms, appears unlawful, creates legal or payment risk, is reported, or is considered unsafe, harmful, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

You acknowledge and agree that you, and not IntimaStock, are responsible for any User Content you post, submit, upload, sell, send, or otherwise make available, including any harm caused to you, another user, or any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntimaStock and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses arising from or relating to your User Content or your breach of these Terms.

We cannot and do not guarantee that other users are or will be complying with these Terms.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Website or Service to:

• Breach any Applicable Laws
• Breach these Terms or any special terms relating to a particular service
• Sell, transfer, rent, assign, or otherwise make your account or profile available to another person
• Trick, mislead, deceive, or solicit another user’s personal information, account name, password, payment information, or other account information
• Fraudulently bill or attempt to fraudulently bill any Buyer
• Use stolen payment details
• Engage in refund abuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or payment method testing
• Misrepresent your identity, profile, products, content, services, or affiliation with any person
• Impersonate another person or use another person’s profile, content, name, images, likeness, identity, or information without permission
• Falsely attribute statements to IntimaStock or its representatives
• Make improper use of support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
• Advertise or promote other websites, products, platforms, or services without our permission
• Direct users off-platform to avoid payment processing, verification, moderation, safety, or compliance controls
• Promote, facilitate, arrange, or solicit prostitution, escorting, in-person sexual services, trafficking, coercion, abuse, or illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the Website or Service
• Attempt to decipher transmissions to or from the servers running the Website
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Website or Service

12. Content Policy

All content on IntimaStock must comply with our Content Rules.

Content includes photos, images, videos, store items, product listings, product descriptions, profile content, messages, comments, reviews, memberships, gratuities, tangible goods, digital content, and any other material provided, sold, offered, posted, uploaded, or sent by users or members on IntimaStock.

IntimaStock does not offer live streaming.

All content is subject to removal if it is found to violate these Terms, the Content Rules, Applicable Laws, payment processor requirements, card network requirements, or if we otherwise consider it inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, harmful, brand damaging, or unsuitable.

Content Rule violations may be documented and may be reported to payment processors, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities where appropriate.

We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate the Content Rules.

• Unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unauthorised solicitation
• Sweepstakes, contests, lotteries, gambling, or gambling-related content
• Copyrighted materials or materials protected by intellectual property laws that you do not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary permissions and releases
• Content that impersonates another person or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person
• Stolen, leaked, copied, pirated, revenge, hidden camera, voyeuristic, secretly recorded, or non-consensual content

IntimaStock uses a layered content moderation process.

Content uploaded or submitted to the Website may be reviewed using AI-assisted moderation tools, automated filters, keyword controls, and risk checks.

Content that is flagged by AI-assisted moderation tools, automated filters, user reports, complaints, payment risk signals, or internal checks may be escalated for human review by our compliance or moderation team.

This moderation process may apply to:

• Shops
• Product listings
• Product photos
• Videos
• Captions
• Tags
• Search terms
• Usernames
• Display names
• Messages
• Custom requests
• Reviews
• Comments

All profiles and shops on IntimaStock may be reviewed upon publication. Updates made to Seller profiles, shops, listings, or other account areas may also be reviewed.

We may approve, reject, edit, restrict, remove, disable, or escalate content at our discretion.

We may permanently ban users who fail to comply with our Content Rules, attempt to bypass moderation, upload prohibited content, repeatedly violate these Terms, or create legal, payment, compliance, brand, or safety risk.

14. Anti-Slavery, Anti-Trafficking, and Anti-Exploitation

IntimaStock is committed to opposing modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, coercion, exploitation, physical abuse, and forced content creation.

15. Monetization Policy

IntimaStock is a commercial entity that monetises its platform in order to maintain, operate, improve, and develop the Website and Service.

IntimaStock may generate revenue through membership fees, platform fees, commissions, transaction-related fees, buyer wallet top-ups, Seller fees, or other marketplace monetisation methods made clear to users.

We do not run third-party advertisements or host third-party advertising tools to monetise the Website.

Our blog may contain affiliate links. If you make a purchase through links on our Website, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

16. Availability and Security of Service

We aim to make the Website and Service available and reliable. However, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that the Website or Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• Reverse a valid payment after receiving access, delivery, fulfilment, or benefits
• Avoid a properly billed payment
• Make a false claim that a payment was unauthorised
• Abuse payment systems for financial gain
• Pressure a Seller or IntimaStock into providing refunds, replacement products, extra content, or additional services
• Repeatedly purchase and dispute Transactions

Where IntimaStock receives a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim, refund request, or payment processor inquiry, we may submit relevant evidence, including account records, order details, listing details, payment records, digital access records, delivery or fulfilment records, messages where relevant, device information, IP address information, refund history, dispute history, and acceptance of these Terms.
